What’s the job?
We’re looking for a Video Producer and Editor who understands how digital marketing works. In other words, a Video Marketer. But one who can grab our well-established video offering by the scruff of the neck and take it up another notch.
We’ve got an expanding list of clients who get regular videos from us as part of the retainer and we need somebody who can own this. Managing the shoot from start to finish, meeting the campaign brief as outlined by our team and the client… but we want you to lead the conversation when it comes to video strategy and content.
The role will also include managing budgets, talent, props and whatever else it is you need to produce some blinding videos.
You won’t be a lone-wolf (you’ll work closely with multiple teams across the business), but you will need to work independently. You’ll also have to be able to travel to shooting locations (expenses covered, obvs) and be trusted to represent the company.

Is this you?
Ideally, you’ll understand how life at an agency or as part of a Creative Team works, but if you’re freelance that’s okay too (we can still chat, we know how the video world works). What you must have is the ability to plan, organise, run and complete a video shoot from start to finish.
You love getting creative with video but you love getting shit done at the same time. Storyboards and shot lists are your bread and butter. Shooting in a way which means editing and amends runs smoothly is your jam. But you take every chance to create something that makes everyone go, “Oh, wow, that’s class.”
At this point, to be clear, we are looking for someone with some experience handling all of the above and is ready to really own the video offering here at Digital 22.
