What’s the Job?

This is a brand new role for Digital 22, so we’re pretty excited about it. The Inbound Strategy Manager will be an integral part of the team of Inbound Strategists, working closely with them and the wider team to ensure our current and prospective clients receive the best service possible. 


Some days, this will mean advising internally on the best direction for a client’s Inbound Strategy and answering any HubSpot-related queries the team or client may have. Or, maybe you’ll be recommending the best ways to react to results and making sure the Strategists in the team are moving things forward and in a positive direction. On other days, you’ll be venturing out of the office to run kick-off days and attend client meetings.


The bigger picture is that you will be focused on supporting the team in delivering industry leading inbound marketing strategies and building strong relationships with our clients (many of which are HubSpot Enterprise users, so being able to cultivate relationships with CMOs and CEOs will be important).


You will also be involved in supporting the sales team by advising on the campaigns most suited to a prospective client. You won’t manage your own clients as you will spend most of your time helping others, although you will get the chance to manage ad hoc projects or run workshops.
