What’s the Job?
We’re after another Senior Search Marketer. We’ve got so many clients that we need more experts like you who can increase our clients’ traffic from search engines.
You’ll be part of our dedicated SEO team and work across a selection of clients across industries. You’ll be responsible for the planning, delivery and reporting of the SEO work for those clients each month too.
You’ll provide updates directly to our Strategists about what’s working, make suggestions for improvements and advise on best practice. But, as an expert within SEO, you’ll be expected to communicate with clients yourself when needed.
Other bits of the job include helping make sure the business stays at the forefront of modern SEO tactics, putting in place best practice, improving our process and buddy checking the work of your team mates.
The second part of the role will be working with the PPC Lead to ensure best practice in paid search, buddy check their work, provide ideas and even help out to cover them when they need some well earned time off.
Who Are You?
You’re amazing at modern day SEO. Topic Clusters? You love ‘em. On-page optimisation? You’re all over it. Link earning? You’ve got great ideas.
So much so, you’ve nailed getting your weekly shopping list down to 60 characters or less. In short, you really get a kick out of SEO and enjoy staying one step ahead of Google’s algorithms.
Ideally, you’re used to an agency environment. With so many clients and so many deadlines, a jump straight from Uni or a slow-paced in-house team can be quite remarkable. We recommend having worked in an agency for at least a year or two.
What’s a must is that you know your way around Google Analytics, Moz, SEMRush and other SEO tools. You’ll need to work as part of an SEO team for a variety of clients.
And you’d happily cut somebody out of your life if you heard they’re into keyword stuffing or any other dark arts.
