What’s the Job?
It’s all about the numbers. Using your skills and knowledge to develop and deliver paid social strategies for our clients in line with their inbound marketing goals. You will be working across all social channels mainly Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram.
You’ll be pretty busy managing the paid social strategies of multiple clients across various industries. There will be lots of hands-on work (from budget setting to copywriting) but you will also play an integral role in advising our Strategists on best practice and strategic direction.
Measuring the success of your strategy is key. That means reporting. You’ll use HubSpot, Databox and native reporting tools to continuously evaluate the success of each channel and make improvements to increase performance. This could include audience research, key-word recommendations, landing page adjustments and implementing industry updates!
When our clients want to know more about their paid social strategy, you’re the person for the job! At times, you may need to jump on a call to educate, discuss performance and answer any questions from our clients. Their results are your results so being committed to making the results happen will ultimately be success in this role.
Who Are You?
You have a minimum of 3 years experience and a good understanding of paid social. Ideally in an agency environment, but if you haven’t had the opportunity to work in an agency just yet we’d still like to hear from you. Either way, you’ll have experience running multiple successful paid social campaigns simultaneously.
You’re genuinely interested in the numbers and making improvements so are always proactively looking for the next new thing to try out. Mainly because you take pride in the results you produce.
