Kids are like your consumers — always evolving every day, but add to that exaggerated changes off the back of the pandemic, we marketers are always having to find new approaches.
Josh runs through the trends the environmental changes consumers have experienced and then addresses the all-important question of does inbound still work? Obviously, the answer to that is yes, but Josh goes further and outlines the channels you should maximise as a result of the changes your customers are facing.
