The rapid growth here at Digital 22 shows no signs of slowing down as we are thrilled to welcome six new members to the team. Continue reading to find out more about Will, Kayla, Tiffany, Dan, Chelsea and Raza and see how they’re going to use their skills to provide outstanding results for all of our clients.
Will graduated from Leeds Beckett University with First Class Honours in Advertising & Marketing Management before quickly diving into the marketing world.
The next step of his marketing journey has seen him join Digital 22 as an Inbound Marketer.
Using his previous in-house marketing experience, Will is on hand to support the Inbound Strategists by implementing marketing campaigns for all of our varying clients. Will is also responsible for using HubSpot to set up items such as CTAs and landing pages so that our clients generate high click-through rates and conversions on their websites.
When he’s not spending all of his money in the pub, Will can be found cheering on Burnley at Turf Moor as he’s held a season ticket for the past eight years and he’s also a keen golfer - holding a membership at Clitheroe Golf Club. His current dream is to play at Kingsbarns in Scotland (which costs £250 per round) and is also hoping to be the proud owner of a Schnauzer one day.
Originally starting her career as a Graphic Designer, Kayla found herself delving into a world of code and has since become a Frontend Developer.
Her prolific skills in both areas allow her to create fantastic websites and she's also on hand to advise the team on ideas which can work from both a design and functionality point of view.
At Digital 22, Kayla is part of the Design & Development team and is determined to meet our clients’ expectations through Growth Driven Design. Her role here sees her creating and maintaining code for websites while using programming languages such as HTML, HubL and CSS.
When she’s not busy coding and programming, you can find Kayla travelling and exploring new places, attending gigs in and around Manchester as well as working with her partner to create one-off, stunning furniture pieces from reclaimed wood.
Tiffany brings plenty of SEO experience to Digital 22 after working as an SEO Executive at a discount retailer and has also worked in a copywriting role, too.
In her current role, Tiffany’s mission is to ensure all of our clients have the best possible organic visibility. When she’s not researching and tracking keywords, she’ll be stuck in data to see where improvements can be made and building all of that into workflows.
When Tiffany’s not in the office, her spare time is spent chasing her toddler son around. In the off chance she does manage to get the rare few minutes to herself, you can catch her reading, finding new music to listen to or divulging in chocolate.
Before joining Digital 22, Dan worked with several key accounts as a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Account Manager for a global IT distributor. He held this role for five years after graduating with a degree in Business Marketing from Leeds Metropolitan University.
At Digital 22, Dan is the single point of contact for the clients so that all interactions with us are as simple and as streamlined as possible. He’s responsible for creating and managing all of the projects while working with our specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are on time and produced to a high standard so that we deliver results.
When he’s not busy playing golf for hours on end or supporting his beloved Blackburn Rovers, Dan enjoys getting away from his busy life and spending time in the countryside to switch off, unwind and recharge.
Another addition to the Customer Success team at Digital 22, Chelsea initially worked at Skipton Building Society as a Portfolio Office Analyst where she juggled numerous big projects at a time. She’s also trained in Projects and is Prince2 Project Management certified.
Chelsea’s current role is to ensure that all of our clients remain in the loop with all deliverables and provide regular updates on progress. She also keeps the rest of the team scheduled in for any project work to help deliver great results on time.
A little-known fact about Chelsea is that she studied musical theatre at college. When she’s out of the office, she loves going for days out and spending time with her family along with her westie, Casper. During any downtime, she’s helping others unwind by doing a course in massage therapy in her spare time.
Raza graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Sports Journalism. Before joining Digital 22, Raza worked as a Sports Journalist for a well-established website covering a wide range of sports and has brought his content writing skills to Digital 22.
In his second stint here, Raza has joined the Content Team and is responsible for creating all types of content. His background helps him create engaging content from blogs and download pieces through to webpage copy and meta descriptions.
When he’s not busy typing away, Raza can be found knee-deep in his passion for sports. Whether it’s football, MMA, wrestling, boxing or basketball or pretty much any other sport, Raza can be found awake at the crack of dawn to catch the latest events. He’s also a big fan of Childish Gambino, movies and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
All the team is based at Holmes Mill, Clitheroe, in the Ribble Valley near Manchester. The Directors chose this building, which is a listed and renovated cotton mill, due to its size, location and first-class on-site facilities.
Beneath our office is a local produce deli and supermarket, the famous Bowland Brewery and bar (one of the longest bars in the UK), and various bars and cafes. These form a big part of our team building ethos, so all the new team members have already enjoyed making the most of the facilities.
