When people think of a product launch, they may just relate it to the huge events companies carry out. 

You know the ones - big stage - CEO announcing the latest iPhone or console. 

I talk through how it doesn’t matter how you do it as long as you make the right connection with your customers. It could just be a social message or two along with an email. Maybe even a series of three emails.

If you're connecting with your customers, that's what's important. 

With all aspects of marketing, customers are so valuable and inbound marketing specifically relies on the concept that you're building trust with customers to help them navigate their journey.
