In this talk, Sarah explores the impact of respect in working relationships between agencies and marketers. Sarah discusses the self-inflicted wound of some marketers that impacts the talent available to them and the wider industry.
She also talks about how it affects the marketer's access to the best ideas and work, the importance of boundaries, creating a culture of shared accountability and how respect can help marketers get the best ideas.
When respect is missing, we become less open to other ideas and possibilities and we can’t consistently generate high-calibre and novel ideas.
