What’s the Job?

Inbound Content Manager - a key role in our Creative Department. This person is responsible for the quality of all the content and copy that our Content Marketers produce for our wide range of clients.

You're also responsible for people-managing our team of Content Marketers. Making sure they're happy and developing in their role.

You’ll need a high level of inbound content marketing knowledge and the ability to make sure work produced by other writers meets the standards required.

In terms of accountabilities, as Content Manager, you're going to be responsible for efficient and effective written content production. This means content is delivered on time, on budget and converts readers.

There is already an established process and team of writers, who work closely with the Inbound Strategists and their clients. But improving and optimising existing processes is part of the role too.

When it comes to content marketing strategy, you'll be in a position to feedback to our Inbound Strategists on their planned campaigns. And then manage the content production through to completion.

This means the role is as much about personal communication as it is about written content.
