Yes, we do one-off projects. For bespoke projects, please reference our pricing guide, or you can contact us directly. If you'd like to work with us on a project, contact us with a brief, your requirements, and deadline.
Most companies do a retainer for 12 months, but - with us - if you're not happy, you can leave after 30 days. However, we are confident we will get you results. We've never lost a client yet. Yet, as with any Inbound Strategy, it's important to keep in mind that the best results happen over time; it takes time to build up and develop your content and your brand, and for that content to start ranking in organic searches.
We currently employ 22 team members, but we are always in the process of hiring more. Our staff includes inbound managers, marketers, developers, content writers, designers, PPC, SEO, and more
Absolutely not! We never outsource any of our work. That way we can monitor quality control and ensure closed loop reporting - where we do our job, collect, and analyze the data and continue to improve our strategy. We know that we are experts at what we do, so we want everything that bears our name to by synonymous with high-quality work. We've hired the professionals to deal with your account, and we like those people to deliver the work!
Inbound Strategies are aimed at the medium to long term; it usually takes around 6-12 months to develop a pipeline of traffic and leads, depending on industry and starting point. Our methodology may seem to generate slower growth at the outset, but - over time - you will see result compound as the content is still out there, helping your customers find answers to their queries, which in turn, generates leads, and an amazing return on investment.
We believe it would be flippant to guarantee ROI as there are too many variable involved and we don't control the full process (we can bring leads to you but not force people to buy); however, our services are worth every penny. Unlike in traditional marketing strategies, we used closed-loop reporting, which means we not only deliver, but we analyze what is working and what isn't - so we can replicate the good results. HubSpot also provides access to client revenue. It's an open system. You can see how well we are doing at any given point. You can see how much you're spending versus how much you're getting back too. We provide reports of your ROI, and we do ensure that Inbound Marketing will work for you.
We are the largest 100% HubSpot agency in the UK and a Diamond Partner - so if you are going to use HubSpot, it's very likely we will be a good fit. We are a company who generate big results. Every single one of our employees believes in what we do, which means we are all passionate about delivering results to our clients. You may find another company who works with HubSpot and Inbound, but you won't find one as personable and professional as us. Don't take our word for it; come to our office and see for yourself.
Yes, a large part of our client base is based outside of the UK. We are happy to work with clients from all over the globe as long as we are a good fit for each other.
Yes, absolutely! For every single one of our clients, we deliver results every quarter. We have not lost a single client, and that's saying something! Download past case studies here. See client testimonials here. Feel free to come in to meet the team, tour, and chat with us too.
The pricing will depend on the package, and services you choose, but a typical estimate ranges from around £3,000 per month to £10,000 per month. For a full breakdown, download our pricing guide here. (See our budget question for more details on our point's based pricing.)
That's a really tough question to ask without knowing more about your business. For a more in-depth look, check out our blog post about it here: Click Here
Our pricing starts from £3,000pm - that's the only 'restrction'. Your budget and deliverables are totally transparent: based on your retainer, you get assigned a number of points each month (or each quarter) for deliverables. We operate on this points system because, if you make changes mid campaign and need something done that week, we can adapt so you're always getting what you pay for - without going over budget. So, for example, if you send an extra email in that month, then we swap out a blog for that task - or a task that will take up the equivalent number of points. We are completely transparent and open about what we do for you each week (and show you exactly what we do on our shared project management system). We deliver what you pay for every time. But the points based system also allows us to be flexible, and deliver what you need as well.
We have a blog post that discusses how our content writers can write about your specific niche here: Click Here But, in short, many of your team members had to learn about your industry, and we invest the time to do the same. We are experienced not just at researching content, but at developing and understanding your target personas; we know what to write to generate traffic and leads. We research keywords, read content, and learn the ins and outs of your industry so we can write about it effectively. When you work with us, there's a planning period in which we plan the content offerings; we discuss content (emails, blogs, larger downloads, etc), and we research how to attract your ideal customer (the target personas, their pain points, and what they're searching for). Our writers are capable of writing about many different industries - matching the tone and quality you (and we) expect. Your feedback in the early stages lets us know too if what we are writing is on point. We absolutely love a challenge and learning about new, unique industries as well.
What we'd say to this objection is: are the other systems working? Since HubSpot is the only full funnel inbound marketing system, we bet you're using multiple different platforms that don't talk to each other. Why use multiple when you can use one, fully-integrated platform to meet all of your Inbound Marketing needs? You have to do what works for you, but we know that Inbound and HubSpot work perfectly together, so that's why we use it. We want to be experts in our field, so if we have our fingers in all the pies, we'll be spread too thin to be an expert. So that's why we only use HubSpot. We help our clients transition to HubSpot and we generate results. We're absolutely confident in that fact!
We have clients who have different levels of involvement - some are hands off and let us handle everything, and some are hands on - so it really is going to depend on you. As a minimum we will need you for a full kick off meeting and your time to review the startegy work to make sure our work achieves your goals
Yes, Inbound Marketing follows a strategy that attracts potential customers with quality content. It has been working and proven for over 10 years. The goal is for your customer to see you as an industry leader who provides valuable content - for FREE - so they trust you, and then when they want to make a purchase, they'll think of your company over the competition - because they know you're there to help them solve their problems. Over time, the content keeps giving back too. It works cyclically to bring customers back again and again - and attract new ones.
HubSpot is an inbound marketing and automation software. It's designed specifically for the inbound marketing industry, and all features are integrated. Other platforms do have marketing tools, but they aren't full funnel and fully integrated, which prevents all data being collated and analyzed in one system, which is necessary to understand fully your marketing campaign and analyze the elements that are working (and identify those that aren't). We understand that it may be a new system for you to use, but all of our staff are Inbound Certified and understand how to use the system effectively; we're also more than happy to get you up to speed too so you can have a look at what we do from day to day.
Yes, of course. You can have your writers write content, and we can build it, add in keywords, or advise you if you'd like; however, by using our in-house team, you'll get the best results with inbound than if you used solely your own content.
We will create educational and informative content in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, and downloads; we do keyword research to understand what information your prospects search for - and how we can answer those questions; we track your social media activity, and promote and distribute content through these channels; we provide and support Growth Driven Website design, where we continually track your site's progress and usability to give your customer the best experience possible, which increases your popularity; we send out non-aggressive marketing emails to those who sign up to your mailing lists - through various channels; if you ask, we also monitor and create PPC ads for Google and social networks. All of these strategies work together to attract, convert, close, and delight. Read more about our process here.
We find that blogging 2-5 times a week is usually effective for most businesses; however, the answer really is as much as possible. The key, though, isn't just blogging for the sake of it, but to create valuable content that uses the keywords (and answers the questions) that your potential customers will search for. You want to create interesting, compelling content as often as possible. When you speak with us about your goals, we will recommend a number of blogs that our writers will generate per week or per month, but for most clients, we generate 2-5 blogs per week, and we promote these blogs (and other news items) on your social channels over a two to three month period, which continually generates traffic and interest in the pieces.
Just like in blogging, your social media account is designed to attract potential customers. Current consumer trends mean that customers look to social media to help research and consider purchases. Social media is a powerful tool, and is part of any Inbound Strategy. So the answer is daily - if not several times a day. But we've got you covered. We post daily industry news to your account, we engage with your customers (if you like), and we promote and propagate your blogs and products via social media. To generate a following and drive traffic, you have to update regularly; you can't have a stagnant account that barely moves - it's got to keep flowing with information!
We found that we work well across many different industries. We don't work with competing clients. If we already have a construction client, for example, we won't work with another that does the same thing in the same teritory. That way our interests are aligned. Many agencies specialise in one type of client - B2B or the financial sector, for example - but we don't find that works for us or our clients. We have good success by working with disparate industries, and we'll never have competing interests, so, for example, if we had two clients who sell nearly identical shoes, we won't be accused of making one marketing email stronger than the other; it just will never happen! We work to understand your company fully and need your full trust, something we know we couldn't get if we were speaking to your competitor the next day.
