How does our chatbot package work?

We roll out our chatbot package over a three month period. Here’s a breakdown of each month and what you can expect to happen during each…

Month 1
  • First, we’ll review your goals and discuss what you ultimately want to achieve from the project.
  • We’ll then establish how many streams need to be set up (a maximum of five). 
  • The next stage involves mapping out the chatbots process and how it’s going to work. 
  • Once this has been decided, we can then review the pages the bots are going to be placed on (one bot covers five pages). 
  • We’ll then review the material the chatbot needs to send to clients. 
Month 2
  • The second month is much more focused around HubSpot. First, we’ll set up each of your dashboards in your account.
  • We’ll then set up five streams (e.g sales, education, pricing).
  • It’s crucial that you’re following GDPR policies, so we’ll make sure that this is set up for you correctly as well.
  • Once this is done, we’ll look at setting up assets such as lists, workflows, tasks and adding users to your account.

 

Month 3 onwards
  • Once everything is in place and you’re setup on HubSpot, we’ll then start to run monthly reports on your chatbot’s performance, regularly run tests to ensure everything is working correctly and make any necessary amends.
